We are seeking a dedicated
Unit Manager
to lead and manage our care home unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and proven leadership experience in a care home setting.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the care home unit Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations Lead, support, and manage nursing staff effectively Maintain accurate records and manage administrative duties
Requirements:
Valid RGN or RMN registration Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a permanent care home role Strong leadership and communication skills Only candidates with permanent care home experience will be considered
