About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join a busy production team for a leading UK furniture manufacturer based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled upholsterers who take pride in their craftsmanship and wish to contribute to a company with a strong heritage in British furniture making.

Key Responsibilities

Upholster furniture to high-quality standards following design and production specifications Assemble upholstery components such as padding, webbing, and fabric/leather covers Ensure proper use and care of tools and materials Comply with all health and safety procedures on the factory floor Maintain a clean and organised workstation Work collaboratively to meet daily output targets
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of upholstery experience required (5+ years ideal) Excellent attention to detail and quality control Skilled with hand tools, staple guns, and upholstery machinery Able to follow instructions and read job sheets Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Experience in piece-work environments is desirable
