Upholstery Wood Frame Maker Wanted - Join Our Craftsmanship Team! Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience We're looking for a skilled Wood Frame Maker to join our busy upholstery workshop. If you have experience in furniture frame construction and a passion for precision craftsmanship, we'd love to have you on board. Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, accurate wooden frames for upholstered furniture (sofas, chairs, headboards, etc.)
*Read and interpret technical drawings and frame templates Cut, shape, and assemble timber using hand tools, machinery, and jigs.

*Ensure all frames meet structural and quality standards.

*Work closely with upholsterers and production team to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in furniture frame making or joinery. Skilled with woodworking tools and machinery. Ability to follow detailed drawings and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, organised, and a team player
