Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the fabrication process of windows and doors to ensure top-quality products are produced.

2. Providing guidance and support to meet production targets.

3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production.

4. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

5. Continuously look for ways to improve production processes and efficiency.
