We Urgently need an experienced Restaurant Sales and Business Development Executive
Overall Objective:
Drive restaurant sales growth and profitability through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development initiatives.
Increase restaurant occupancy and revenue through strategic marketing and sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and community members.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase restaurant occupancy. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop targeted sales initiatives.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including catering, event sales, and partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, manage customer feedback, and address complaints effectively.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant and drive customer traffic.
Sales Execution:
Manage the sales process, including handling reservations, inquiries, and closing sales.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the restaurant experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Over 1 year of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or hospitality management.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer relationship management experience.
Ability to analyze data and develop sales strategies.
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and food and beverage service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
