We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car-buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their requirements and preferences. Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase experience. Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring all vehicles are presented in excellent condition. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated upselling capabilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software to enhance customer relationship management is desirable.
