Basic 12,000-24,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car

OTE: 80,000+ | 5 days one week, 6 days the next (every other Sunday off)

What You'll Be Doing

As our

Used Car Sales Executive

, you'll be right at the heart of the action:

Be the first friendly voice on the phone - confident, helpful, and organised. Meet customers in person, make them feel welcome, and build genuine trust. Help people choose the right car for their needs (no pushy selling - just great listening). Keep on top of enquiries, test drives, and paperwork -

. Deliver brilliant handovers and ensure every customer feels they got more than expected. Play a part in shaping the success of our

new Adlington site

What We're Looking For

Fantastic on the phone - natural, confident, and engaging. Just as good face-to-face - approachable, warm, and trustworthy.

Highly organised

- able to juggle leads, test drives, and admin without dropping the ball. Reliable, proactive, and hungry to hit targets. A true team player who knows the

customer always comes first

. Full UK driving licence required

Your Hours

5 days one week, 6 the next. every other Sundays off on a rota basis, with days off fairly rotated.
