As a User Research Manager, you will sit at the intersection of customer experience and advertiser success-ensuring that both audiences are deeply understood and thoughtfully represented in our product development.
In this role, you'll lead research efforts across our B2B self-serve platform, which enables advertisers to plan, book, and manage their campaigns with ease and efficiency. At the same time, you'll advocate for the end customer, ensuring that the advertising experience remains relevant, respectful, and value-driven. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, design decisions, and the overall effectiveness of our retail media offerings-helping Tesco deliver better outcomes for shoppers and brands alike.
What you'll be working on
You'll be leading a team of User Researchers working across a portfolio of products to ensure our organisation understands who our users are - their behaviours, motivations and needs to enable impactful design decisions.
You will provide guidance, mentorship, and support ensuring the team's success in developing insights and creating impactful user experiences.
Experienced in ResearchOps you will scale quantitative and qualitative research practices across product delivery and advocate for the importance of user-centered design within the organisation, educating stakeholders on its value in delivering a positive user experience and sharing best practices.
