Utilities Coordinator



Location: Brindley Place, Hybrid.



Salary - 25,000 to 31,300

per annum - depending on skills and experience.



Contract type - Permanent



Working hours - Full Time

About the role



You will provide an effective and efficient service supporting the management of utilities, delivering specialist support and excellent customer service.


You will assist with managing compliant supply contracts and their delivery of utility services to communal areas and offices across the Group network.


You will liaise closely with utility providers, brokers, suppliers and internal colleagues from multiple departments.


This role is vital for delivering accurate budgets, forecasting and service charges and achieving value for money for our business and customer.


You will be expected to attend the office once a week and as and when the business requires for Team meetings.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.



About you



You will have great customer service experience and work methodically, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to plan, manage workload and high personal organisation skills.


You will be able to work with a range of stakeholders, collaborating across teams and services to deliver an enhanced service. You will have experience of checking, validating and processing invoices for payments


You will have good understanding of contract documentation and management.


You will have strong commercial and business awareness, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. You will need to be competent with using MS office, especially MS Word and Excel.
