Job Description
At Utopia, we are in search for competent team members who love making desserts and serving them to customers whilst providing excellent customer service. The aim is to provide all customers with a memorable experience. We can't be a Utopia without you!
We are looking candidates that are flexible with shifts, can work evening shifts and must be available on weekends. Candidates must be able to work late shifts finishing around 11:00PM Monday to Thursday and up to 12:00AM on Fridays and the weekend. Full-time candidates must be available to work 30 - 50 hours per week.
Part-time roles are also available.
We are looking for candidates that have at least one year experience in the hospitality/food industry.
Job Duties include:
Take orders at the till Serve food Make all the desserts on the menu Gelato production Collaborate with other team members Deal with complaints General cleaning Help customers decide what to order Sorting delivery orders Packing food Open/close store Track KPI Stock taking
Job Requirements include:
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem solving skills Enjoys speaking to customers and making desserts Excellent people skills Work well under pressure Able to think on your feet and use initiative Maintain high hygiene standards Attention to safety Able to work independently and within a team Must be available on Fridays and weekends.
