Class 2

Vacuum Tanker Driver to join our team, in one of our high spec bespoke vacuum tankers. Carrying out work all over the UK, everything from cleaning interceptors to wash bay services and line jetting.

Salary

From 14.00 per hour for first 45 hours (increasing after completion of training and independent working to 15.00 and to 15.50 after a years service) From 17.50 per hour for all overtime (increasing after 1 years service to 18.75) Night out payments 26.20 increasing to 32 after completion of training. Double time on weekends and Bank Holidays Annual pay reviews in year 1,3,5,10,15 and 20
The successful candidate will travel nationwide to complete all services.

This includes but is not limited to:

Use of our bespoke vacuum equipment Use of highly powered jetting equipment Manual lifting of manhole covers / silt pit covers / Drain grates Understand & problem solve any issues
As we cover the whole of the UK,

this position requires regular nights out,

often 4 nights per week

. An allowance is paid for every night out plus truck stop fees (where normally a meal is included or subsidised)

The successful candidate should have the following:

Positive attitude Problem solving / outside of the box thinking Ability to carry out manual heavy lifting Class 2 license Flexibility with working hours (early starts are often required) Driver CPC Digi card
You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team while supporting other operatives or engineers and you will need to be able to carry out daily and weekly maintenance checks on your vehicles and pumps to ensure all equipment is fully operational.

Pay: 14.00-17.50 per hour
