As a Valuation Manager specialising in estate agency sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the valuation process to support our sales operations. Your expertise will ensure accurate, market-driven valuations that empower our sales teams and clients alike. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive property valuations across Guildford and surrounding areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance trust and repeat business. Provide detailed valuation reports and market analysis to inform sales strategies and client decisions. Keep abreast of local property market trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure valuations remain current and competitive. Collaborate closely with the sales team to support property listings and negotiations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in property valuation within estate agency sales, ideally within Surrey or the South East of England. Strong knowledge of local property markets, valuation methodologies, and sales processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels. Proficient in using property valuation software and Microsoft Office applications. Sound commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities. Full UK driving licence preferred, as travel within Surrey may be required.
