Your mission
----------------
The Pricing and Innovation team has built a best-in-class Value Consulting capability aimed at partnering with prospects and customers to help identify, measure, track and report on value derived from hx Renew. You will be responsible for refining the value proposition for sales and renewals on accounts that drive > $150k ARR across strategic, US and international pods.
You will achieve this through ground up discovery, engaging with underwriters, actuaries, IT and executives to understand workflows and quantify the pain points. You proactively share learnings and insights back to product and marketing teams and continue to refine, improve and scale the value consulting capability, assets and ways of working.
In addition to your core remit, you leverage your generalist skillset and knowledge to support other activities i.e. marketing campaigns, demand gen, GTM for new product releases and supporting renewal conversations.
Key responsibilities

Drive value consulting amongst our customer base and sales pipeline by running and owning workshops focused on pricing capability assessment and transformation.
Manage engagement with a variety of stakeholders from junior underwriters to C-suite contacts such as CUOs and CTOs.
Build strong internal relationships with account executives, sales directors and customer success managers.
Proactively aggregate data to develop industry insights and benchmarks for the benefit of our customers and the broader industry
Collaborate with teams across hyperexponential - especially Marketing, Sales and product - to ensure that the full value of our insights and benchmarking is leveraged for ongoing customer engagements, lead generation and product strategy.
Provide wider support to Pricing and Innovation team projects focused on improving the pricing capabilities of our customers and the value they receive from our product - hx Renew
Constantly look to iterate, refine and improve our internal processes through the use of AI and other tools.

Experience within a (re)insurer or insurance brokerage working closely with or in transformation, or a consulting firm with some experience on Insurance engagements
Experience in proactively taking on ownership of work within a project team to ensure successful delivery of the wider team
Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on collaborative teamwork
Confident organising and running discovery workshops with a range of stakeholders
Ability to create professional assets and confidently present to business C-Suite executives
