Estate Agent / Valuer

to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our continued success.

The Role

This position covers all aspects of estate agency -- from prospecting and valuations through to negotiation and completion. You'll be responsible for developing new business, conducting valuations, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth, successful transactions from start to finish.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions Advising clients on pricing, marketing, and market trends Managing the full sales process from instruction to completion Negotiating offers and maintaining strong communication with clients Building lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and local partners Achieving personal and office sales targets

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of proven estate agency experience (essential)

Strong track record in valuations, listings, and sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident, motivated, and results-driven Great local knowledge of the Leicester property market Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
