```
Duties:
- Safely operate a company van to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload items from the van, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the van to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record held for a minimum of 2 years
- Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity London area for deliveries
Note: Number of deliveries may vary 1 to 6 jobs dependant on qty and size of access panels. Candidate must be agile as panels weigh various weights and handball is a requirement.
London and surrounding areas are high points of delivery, delivering to construction and building sites.
Candidate is also required to work as part of a team in the manufacturing operation during any non-driving times
