Van Driver / Stores Operative

We are looking for a hard working full time Stores Operative and Van Driver that will be based at Holton Health, Poole, Dorset, to join our family business.

We are looking for the right person to join our team, to deliver and collect to our customers in a Company Van and/or sometimes Company Car, whilst not driving you will be assisting in stores, loading your own vehicle, picking and packing parts for despatch.

What the role involves;

Working Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (early finish on a Friday)

Responsibility's:

Booking in deliveries and updating stock records Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch Carrying out stock checks and inventory control Keeping the stores area clean, organised, and well maintained Assisting with goods in/out, and liaising with production where necessary Operating basic handling equipment (training can be provided) A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude A full UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience in stores, warehousing, or delivery driving (preferred) Good attention to detail and time management Be prepared to start early or finish late on occasions Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet
We will be offering 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
