New job role due to expansion of business!

Anticipated start date September 2025.

We are looking for a van driver whom will become one of our team of drivers & warehouse people! Our drops can be local and long distance but will always start in Gloucester. Van & uniform will be provided and will only be day shifts, no nights, no weekends & no overnight stops! Company mobile phone to communicate with the Warehouse Manager will also be provided.

You will be responsible for packing your own vehicle and route planning but full training and help is on hand to aid you with your day. You will also be asked to complete collections from suppliers, customers & other branches. Some deliveries will involve some heavier items so the right candidate must be able to handle this in accordance with Edmundson's health & safety practices.

We also like all of our drivers to help with warehouse tasks when they are not driving, such as goods inwards, picking of orders & keeping the warehouse & vehicles tidy & clean.

This vacancy is now full time, although all new starters will be on a 3 month probation period.

The right candidate must have the following;

- Positive and helpful mindset

- Be reliable

- Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)

- Adhere to all safety regulations on the road

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Greet and interact with customers in a positive fashion when delivering

- Be able to work in a team
