SAGA Truck & Van have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Van Sales Administrator to join their fabulous Van Sales Admin Team in Welham Green.

Not only can we supply new and used trucks and vans, we also offer an array of aftersales services, including overnight vehicle servicing and MOTs, tacho calibration, genuine parts and more.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Van Sales Administrator
to join our dynamic Van Sales Administration team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our van sales operation - retail, SME & Fleet, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of sales orders, while maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation. Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis. Accuracy, and a proactive attitude are key attributes for this position.
Based from SAGA Head Office, Hatfield this job will be required The Sales Administrator will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, from order through to delivery and beyond.

What will you be doing?
Order Processing: Accurately process new and used vehicle orders, including amending specifications with the factory in Germany and building deals into internal systems for invoicing.
Vehicle Purchasing: Purchase used stock and part exchanges, ensuring all required checks and documentation are completed in line with company purchase procedures.
Vehicle Registration: Register new vehicles using the RAV system, ensuring all pre-taxation documentation is correctly completed and securely stored according to DVLA and manufacturer guidelines.
Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation including sales and purchase invoices, registration documents, and handover forms, utilising digital deal file and archive systems.
Stock Control: Assist with monthly stock checks for both new and used vehicles, and update vehicle locations across internal systems to maintain accurate stock records.
Daily Administrative Tasks: Support the team by completing daily reports and tasks to ensure data is accurate, current, and compliant with internal policies.
Flexibility to support ad-hoc tasks as required
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the motor or commercial vehicle industry
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with DVLA systems and vehicle registration processes
