Van Sales
Full time | Permanent | Provincewide
Due to ongoing expansion, our client Craig Group who encompasses the renowned bakery's Craig Breads, Craig Cakes, Slemish Bakery and RJ Kerr Bakery, with head office based in Ballymena and a 50+ Sales Force province wide are looking to recruit Van Sales Driver to join their team.
Salary: Salary: Starting at basic of xc2xa3480 per week, plus the opportunity to take part in a Profit Share Scheme which can result in a salary up to xc2xa332,000 per year dependent upon sales performance and size and scale of the sales route.
Hours: 39+ per week - Monday - Friday (no weekend work).
Location: Operating from any one of our local depots: Ballymena, Randallstown, Omagh, Portadown, Coleraine or Saintfield.

About the role
Your new role will be to help maximise the sales of Craig's Food Group products across the route to market which includes a wide range of convenience retailers. Delivering excellent customer service to both existing and new customers in Northern Ireland and building on our reputation for excellent quality, presentation and product range. Working as a point of contact between our customers and the business, presenting a professional, customer focused service.

Required Criteria

• Excellent written & verbal skills in English
• I.T. Literate
• Sales & Commercial Retailing Experience
• 1+ years' experience in a driving role
• Experience of positive working relationships within a retail or customer service environment

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Experience in operating electronic hand-held devices, however full training will be given
• Knowledge of the main convenience retail groups such as Henderson's Group, Musgrave, BWG, NISA
