Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Part Time Van Sales Representative for NI and Border regions with a professional background in food sales, and a hunger and attitude to match.

Bolt Grab & Go
Bolt Grab & Go is our fast-growing retail and contract-supply division, producing premium sandwiches, wraps, salads, overnight oats and snack pots for retail outlets, canteen supply and catering tenders.
We currently service major clients across Northern Ireland and Dublin, including the local University, Electricity Grid Supply, car dealerships, and leading business campuses, with new tender partnerships developing across the island.
Every product is prepared fresh daily in our own Production Kitchens Facility, using the same quality ingredients and standards that have made Bolt Deli one of Belfast's most loved food brands.
Our upcoming hero product, inspired by the great delis of New York, is our authentic Bolt Pastrami -- the centrepiece of our mission to bring true deli craftsmanship to the Grab & Go market.
Key activities will be: -
Identifying key accounts and meeting sales targets
Nurturing leads through the sales funnel
Delivery of key account orders and leveraging from the logistics on this route to source further leads
Coordinating follow up activity from field sales with professional communication
Managing existing customer accounts
Ability to source, write and submit Tenders individually and as a team member
Submitting weekly and monthly reports to Director
Profile Candidate:
3 - 5 years' experience in Sales related to Industry (or evidence of strong sales capability, especially in FMCG, Van Sales etc)
A strong interest primary in food/ retail sales
A proven track record from previous employment
Exceptional selling and closing skills
Excellent self-starter and entrepreneurial skills
Team Player and committed to overall success of Bolt Deli
