Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM systems
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Proven experience in B2B sales environments
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines simultaneously
