Vape Shop Assistant

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their vaping needs

-Opening and closing the shop
- Educate customers on different vaping products, including e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and accessories
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date with new vaping trends and products in the market

Skills:
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic math skills: Ability to perform basic calculations for accurate cash handling
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners and ability to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Upselling: Skill to suggest additional products or upgrades to customers to increase sales
- Communication skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and provide product information
- Sales skills: Ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively
- Organizational skills: Ability to keep track of inventory, restock shelves, and maintain an organized store layout
