Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of merchandising, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. This role involves engaging with diverse customers, promoting products, and ensuring the shop maintains a welcoming atmosphere. The position offers an opportunity to develop retail skills within a dynamic environment dedicated to vaping products and accessories.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vaping products and accessories there is a heavy focus on social media within this role, anything from posting content, creating posters, doing live videos, collaborating eith other brands and more. Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries effectively Upsell complementary products to maximise sales opportunities Maintain organised merchandise displays and ensure stock levels are adequate Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Manage phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Keep the shop clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to enhance customer experience Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear and friendly interaction Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly shop environment Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of merchandising principles is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
