Overview

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen interest in the vaping industry. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment, engaging with diverse customers and providing expert advice on our range of products.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs Provide detailed product information and demonstrations where appropriate Upsell complementary products to maximise sales opportunities Maintain organised merchandising displays to ensure an attractive shopping environment Handle transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate cash handling and record keeping Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory checks Offer excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer enquiries via telephone or online channels Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice social media content creation, from posts, live videos and all things in between

Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Ability to demonstrate good phone etiquette when engaging with customers remotely Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
