VEGETABLE GROWER WANTED

ABOUT THE JOB

- Grow a wide variety of vegetables and herbs from seed

- Harvest fresh produce daily for the shop

- Help stock and present vegetables to a high standard in the shop

- Enjoy a mix of outdoor fieldwork and indoor shop duties

- Enjoy a varied, physical, and rewarding role where no two days are the same

- Be part of a close-knit team passionate about fresh, local food and sustainable farming

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in veg growing is a plus, but full training will be given

- A positive, hardworking team player who loves being active outdoors

- Friendly, professional, and happy to chat with customers

- Flexible and willing to help in other areas of the farm and shop

- Keen to learn new skills and grow with us

THE DETAILS

- Permanent position

- Hours: 7.30am - 5.30pm

- Number of days worked per week is flexible, agreed upon before starting, and guaranteed throughout your employment

- Rota is done monthly and includes a mix of weekdays and weekends

- Start date: Immediate

- Salary: 30,300 per annum (based on full-time hours), adjusted according to days worked

- Location: Ardross Farm Shop, Elie
