We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused
Vehicle Sales Administrator
to join our busy dealership team, conducting vehicle admin for multi franchises - BMW, BYD and Hyundai.
This is a key role supporting the sales department to ensure a smooth, accurate, and efficient administration process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
Processing all new and used vehicle orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing and checking all documentation required for vehicle registrations, finance, and handovers
Liaising with sales executives, management, finance companies, and customers
Updating stock systems and ensuring all vehicle records are correct and compliant
Producing invoices, maintaining reports, and supporting month-end processes
Managing general administrative tasks to support the sales function
About You
Previous experience in motor trade administration (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confident IT user with experience in DMS systems (e.g., Kerridge, Pinnacle) an advantage
Clear communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Team player who can also work independently
