We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. This position requires strong organisational skills, computer literacy, and a keen understanding of vehicle sales administration processes.

Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive vehicle administrative support to the sales team, including managing deliveries and coordinating with other staff. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using relevant software, such as Excel or our bespoke DMS. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to track performance metrics. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage office supplies and inventory for the sales department, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the organisation. Utilise Microsoft Word and other office software to create documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a vehicle administrative role, preferably within a sales environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word. Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools, such as any vehicle bespoke software, is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Proficient command of English, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication with team members and clients alike. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
