Service Advisor

Join our aftersales team and become one of the friendly faces (and voices!) that keeps everything running smoothly. As a Service Advisor, you'll help customers feel at ease, support our technicians, and help our workshop operate efficiently and professionally.

Who is the role suited to?

This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about starting a career in automotive. It would be ideally suited to those that have held busy customer service/receptionist roles. Previous automotive experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Assist with booking vehicles for service, repairs, and MOTs using our dealer management system. Support the preparation of job cards and communicate customer requirements clearly to the workshop team. Provide updates to customers regarding progress, delays, or additional work required. Learn to prepare accurate cost estimates and explain invoices to customers. Understand warranty processes and assist with claims administration. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues. Maintain a clean and organised service reception area. Learn dealership processes, manufacturer requirements, and customer handling best practices. Assist with collection and deliveries Contribute towards social media posts and activity

Required Qualifications

GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths in grade C/4 or above. Full UK Driving Licence

Hours

42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with an earlier finish on two days.
Saturday working on a rota basis may be required as your development progresses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
