32,000 - 34,000 basic (depending on experience and skills)

On Target Earnings:

38,500 - 47,000+ per year (with uncapped bonus potential)

We are seeking a qualified

Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

to join our expanding, family-run main dealer workshop in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled technicians looking for long-term career stability, manufacturer training, and excellent earning potential.

You will be responsible for servicing, repairs, fault-finding, and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, working with the latest tools and technology in a well-equipped workshop.

What We Offer

32,000 - 34,000 basic salary

(competency based, with progression)

38,500 - 47,000 OTE

(uncapped bonus, average 1,000 per month) Overtime available, always paid at

time and a half

Candidate Requirements

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Proven experience in servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repair A proactive team player with strong attention to detail MOT testing licence preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
