Venue Operations & Guest Engagement Coordinator

We're looking for someone with both people skills and a talent for managing logistics to deliver an outstanding experience for our visitors.

In this hybrid hands-on role, you'll switch between being an enthusiastic quiz show presenter, a meticulous venue operations leader, and a proactive commercial promoter. Your mission: make sure every guest leaves with a smile and the venue runs seamlessly.

What You'll Do

Guest Hosting & Experience Creation

Welcome guests with energy and genuine enthusiasm. Lead interactive quiz events: brief participants, explain the rules, and keep excitement levels high. Foster an environment that's both fun and inclusive for all. Ensure all attendees enjoy a premium, memorable visit.

Venue Operations & Daily Management

Coordinate daily venue routines: manage stock, maintain cleanliness, and oversee food & beverage offerings. Spot and resolve operational hiccups before they become issues. Partner with the Venue Manager to enhance in-venue processes and guest satisfaction.

Sales, Promotions & Commercial Impact

Recommend group packages, special offers, and future visits to boost bookings. Engage in community outreach and support marketing activations. Identify and act on opportunities to maximise visitor spend.

Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution

Gather and share guest feedback to enhance our services. Suggest new operational practices or marketing tactics. Pitch in across the team, ensuring smooth shifts from open to close.

Your Profile

Background in events, hospitality, customer care, or retail Outgoing personality: confident engaging groups and individuals alike Organised and detail-focused, with an eye for efficiency Commercially minded--understand the importance of upselling and loyal customers Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with hands-on tasks Happy to work weekends, evenings, and longer shifts on busy days Big bonus if you love trivia, quizzes, or interactive group games!
