Claude Choules Bar & Kitchen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Venue Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our busy and dynamic venue. Our concept is rooted in delivering bold, street food-inspired flavours, offering customers the opportunity to create their own unique dining experience - whether eating in or taking away.
The successful candidate will be a confident and energetic leader with proven experience in managing high-performing hospitality venues. You will demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and develop a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the consistent delivery of an outstanding customer experience
Manage daily operations to achieve efficiency and profitability
Drive weekly sales and meet net profit targets
Monitor and control costs effectively
Lead, train and develop the team to promote continuous improvement, high morale and career progression

Salary:
34,000 per annum
Contract:
45 hours per week
28 days annual leave
