Purpose:

As a Venue Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our matchday and hospitality experiences to life. You will drive high-impact sales conversations, elevate supporter interaction, and help shape the journey of fans who follow United home and away. Your performance directly contributes to the club's commercial success and strengthens our bond with supporters on and off the pitch.



The Role:





This is a fast paced, results-driven role at the heart of the supporter experience. You will:Own your performance, consistently exceeding personal sales targets and delivering measurable results. Act as a trusted ambassador for our Hospitality and General Admission products, helping supporters access extraordinary matchday experiences. Deliver exceptional service across every channel, including phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring every supporter feels valued, understood, and supported. Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, maximising every conversation, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Handle complaints with confidence and empathy, achieving first-contact resolution wherever possible. Collaborate with managers and colleagues to drive process improvements and enhance the supporter journey. Take ownership of your development, embracing coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities to maximise your performance. Represent Manchester United with pride, integrity, and attention to detail in all interactions.
