Veterinary Clinical Director

As the Clinical Director, you will:
Serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and advocate for the practice's

Balance advanced clinical responsibilities with strategic oversight of operations, finances, and team dynamics.
Inspire and coach a skilled team of veterinarians, nurses, and support staff through collaborative leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in clinical standards, operational efficiency, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
Provide exceptional feline-focused care, managing complex cases with a methodical approach.
Mentor and support the clinical team, fostering professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
Maintain expertise in key areas, including:
Feline dentistry (radiography, extractions)
Abdominal ultrasonography
Endoscopy and cardiology (echocardiography preferred)
Hold or be nearing completion of a
Postgraduate qualification in Feline or Small Animal Medicine
.
Leadership & Management
Lead clinical meetings, performance reviews, and one-to-one development sessions.
Oversee budgets, financial metrics, and resource allocation.
Collaborate on practice strategy and implement change initiatives effectively.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and cohesive team environment.
