Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Hill's Canine Rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating canine patients using physiotherapy and hydrotherapy techniques. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of our canine clients while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of canine patients to develop tailored treatment plans.
Administer hydrotherapy and physiotherapy sessions and monitor patient progress throughout treatment.
Educate pet owners on rehabilitation techniques and home care practices.
Collaborate with veterinary professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress reports.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in animal physiotherapy and hydrotherapy.
Requirements
Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognised by relevant professional bodies.
Level 3 or higher in Canine Hydrotherapy ideally with experience
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to animal health.
Proven experience in patient care, particularly within the veterinary or animal physiotherapy field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with pet owners and veterinary teams.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
