Client Care Assistant (Veterinary Receptionist)

Who You Are:

Someone with a proven track record of offering exceptional client service A people person who gets a real kick out of making someone's day. Experienced in a client-facing role within the veterinary industry or a related pet care sector (e.g., grooming, pet retail, rescue, or similar). Passionate about delivering outstanding service and communication across phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person. A great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Show confidence with handling animals with ease.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing warm, efficient, and proactive client service across multiple channels. Booking appointments, managing client records, and ensuring a seamless client journey. Supporting the clinical team by facilitating smooth communication and clinic operations. Working closely with the Client Care Lead to continuously enhance our end-to-end client experience.

The Details:

35 hours / week :

- a mix of weekday and weekend shifts ranging from 8am - 19:30pm weekends 0900-1630

Salary:

13.00 per hour
