Part time Receptionist
to provide exceptional service to our clients and their beloved pets.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position,
the hours will be 24 per week
, days and hours to be discussed. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and handling inquiries with empathy and efficiency
Managing appointments and administrative tasks
Coordinating with veterinary staff to support patient care
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with branch locations as needed
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional yet compassionate approach to client interactions
Proficiency in basic office software and appointment scheduling systems (full training will be given)
Ability to adapt to branch work as required
A
clean driving license
