Avenue Veterinary Centre is an independently owned practice.

We are looking for 1 Full time or 2 Part time Veterinary Receptionists to join our close-knit team.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your core skills in communication and front desk management will be essential as you handle appointments, inquiries, and client interactions. you will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment and facilitating effective communication between pet owners and the veterinary team , contributing to the overall care and well-being of animals.

This role will be a share of shifts between 8.30-19.00 with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. There will also be opportunity to work extra hours covering holidays as needed.

Previous Veterinary receptionist experience is desired however full training will be given to the right candidate.
