Digital X-ray, dental radiographs, and ultrasound equipment
Separate cat and dog wards with in-house laboratory facilities
24-hour care support through our sister branch network
What You'll Do
As our Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring every client and their pet receives outstanding care from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include:
Client Care:
Warmly welcome clients and their pets, providing guidance on our services
Appointment Management
: Efficiently book appointments, operations, and procedures
Care Plan Support:
Advise clients on treatment options and care plans
Communication:
Handle phone inquiries and general administrative duties
Team Collaboration
: Support colleagues with non-clinical tasks to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualities:
Genuine passion for animals and their welfare
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, empathetic approach when dealing with emotional situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
Previous administration or customer service experience
Familiarity with veterinary or healthcare environments
Working Hours & Flexibility
Schedule Options:
Monday to Friday only (no current weekend requirements)
Choose from 8-10 hour shifts to suit your work-life balance
Multiple shift patterns available:
+ 08:00 - 17:00
+ 08:30 - 17:30
+ 10:00 - 19:00
+ 10:30 - 19:30 No out-of-hours obligations

25,396 - 26,500 per annum (full-time)
