The Mount Veterinary Practice is a small, independent companion animal practice with a focus on client communication and community. We are looking for a customer care assistant to work on reception, preferably with previous reception experience who can deliver an excellent standard of customer service by communicating sympathetically and courteously to all our clients. The job is suitable for those who are highly resilient, able to multi task effectively and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. The duties include answering phones, taking payments, admin duties and interacting with clients and their animals, and generally helping to look after our clients and their pets. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-7pm, Saturday 8.30am-11.30am and shifts will be within these times. We have a position available for 29 hours per week with holiday cover for other receptionists on a regular basis so some flexibility is essential. Saturday mornings are on a rota and are currently a 1 in 10 rota. The hours are Monday 8.30am - 4.30 pm, Tuesday 8.30 am - 2.30 pm, Wednesday 8.30 am - 1.30 pm, Thursday 8.30 am - 1.30 pm, Friday 8.30 am - 1.30 pm. Come and join us by the seaside!
