We are looking for a friendly and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who is dedicated to providing exceptional client care to join our fantastic team in Willenhall. This is a fixed-term role lasting 12 months.
As an integral part of our practice team you will be responsible for:Taking phone calls, answering queries and booking appointments Greeting clients and their pets on arrival Check-in patients and verify their information Update patient records and ensure attention to detail Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Dispensing medication Maintain cleanliness of reception area and consult rooms Administration duties such as emails and signing up clients to our Pet Health Plan


Our ideal candidate

We are looking for someone who is organised, able to multitask in a busy environment and someone who can demonstrate a good level of interpersonal skills. You must also be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft office and be able to work as part of the team and under your own initiative. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

About the rota

This is a full-time fixed-term role working 40 hours per week over 4 days. The shifts are from 8:00am-7:00pm plus 1 in 6 Saturdays and bank holidays from 9:00am - 5:00pm. to add, the Saturday shifts will be based at our Rosewood branch.
