Client Care Team (Veterinary Receptionist)

Location: Newport, Shropshire

Hours: Part-time (up to 30 hours)

Salary: up to 27,500 FTE dependent on experience

Are you passionate about pets and people? Do you have a knack for making clients feel genuinely welcome and cared for, even on their most stressful days? We're looking for a friendly, proactive individual to join our Client Care team.

Nova Veterinary Centre is a newly established, independent small animal practice, and we're building something special from the ground up - a place where every team member's voice is heard. The directors are a team of 2 vets and 1 RVN who had a joint desire to change the local veterinary landscape, and we're looking for someone who can help us shape a practice that puts community, compassion and quality care at the centre of everything we do.

What we're looking for:

Experience as a veterinary receptionist is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, organised approach and the ability to multitask under pressure Confidence with computers and booking systems Full-time or part-time considered, Saturday mornings will be required on a rota system Someone who wants to be a true part of the team and who's excited to help shape the future of our growing practice
