Veterinary Receptionist Part Time

Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our reception team at Mark Nelson Vets in Westerham, TN16 1DR.
The position would be Monday & Tuesday 8:30-13:00 and every other Saturday morning 8:30-12.
You would be working alongside 2.5 vets, 4 RVNs, SVN and also a part time receptionist.
Previous experience within the Veterinary profession is essential.
As a member of our reception team, you will be the face of the practice and the first point of contact for our clients. Therefore, being a friendly, calm and confident communicator is essential. You will be responsible for receiving incoming calls and emails, billing clients and taking payments, booking appointments, liaising with clients.
Excellent customer service, organisation skills and attention to detail are all essential parts of the role.
