Veterinary Receptionist - Hart Veterinary Centre, Bicester

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients--offering reassurance, support, and a professional, caring experience at every step. No two days are the same, and your role will be key to keeping our hospital running smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism Managing phone and email enquiries efficiently Booking appointments and procedures accurately Processing payments and insurance claims Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day coordination


What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a veterinary or client service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and computer literacy A calm, proactive approach and a genuine love of helping people and pets


Shift pattern



Part-time, 20 hours per week, including 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
