Come and join our fantastic team as a Veterinary Receptionist!

We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and organised individual to join our front of house team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that combines reception and administration duties, including:Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answering phone calls, emails, and general enquiries Booking appointments and processing payments Assisting with administrative tasks such as debt prevention and recovery Maintaining a clean and organised reception area Liaising with the clinical team to ensure excellent client service

About the rota

This is a part-time permanent role working 16 hours per week on a Monday and Friday from 10:00am-7:00pm plus 1:4 Saturdays.

Our ideal candidate

You'll be a great communicator who enjoys helping people and working in a busy, team-focused environment. You're calm under pressure, reliable, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are important. Previous experience in a veterinary setting is not required as full training will be provided.
