Are you passionate about caring for both people and their pets? We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive individual to join our fantastic team!

We are a family-owned, independent group of practices who believe that providing an exceptional client experience is just as important as providing outstanding pet healthcare.

The role will be predominantly face to face and dealing with the phone, interacting with people and their pets. We won't have you stuck behind a desk, you will be able to move around our superb waiting pods and have a cuddle with the pets, which we think is a much better way to spend the day!

There will also be administrative duties, and being a veterinary practice, no two days are the same!

20 hours per week, Monday - Friday with a mix of shifts ranging from 8:30am-7pm and one in four Saturday mornings 8:30am-1pm.

Experience in customer service roles is preferred.

Experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
