As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Communicating with veterinary practices Scheduling and managing appointments Handling incoming enquiries Processing billing and insurance claims Performing general administrative duties


Be Part of a Modern, Well-Equipped Practice

You'll be joining a two-site practice, comprising a small, friendly village branch in Paulton (near Bristol) and a larger, purpose-built facility in Radstock (near Bath). Our modern equipment includes digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab equipment, blood machines, surgical theatres, and a dedicated dental suite.

The heart of our practice is our fantastic team, which includes 4 skilled vets supported by 4 experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses. We pride ourselves on our supportive and collaborative working environment.

Working Hours

This is a 32.5-hour-per-week position, Monday to Friday. Working between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
You will also be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
