The team at Croft Veterinary are looking forward to welcoming a new receptionist to our team.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Veterinary receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team at our Sheffield & Bolsover sites. Previous experience is preferred, but relevant training would be provided. You will need to work effectively as part of a team, shifts between 8.30am to 4.30pm / 11.30am to 7.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays at Bolsover 8.30am to 4pm.
The role would include interacting with clients both face to face, over the telephone, and electronically to assist with:
Scheduling appointments
Handling prescription and food requests
Taking payments
Managing enquiries
Promoting our Croft Club
Being warm and welcoming to our fantastic clients
There are also other tasks like dealing with e-mails, electronic document filing and cleaning duties.
