We have an exciting new opportunity available, we are looking for someone that loves people and animals to provide the best service to our St James Clients, the role is a flexible role across all of our branches.
The duties of the role include:
general reception duties and maintain computerized client records in accordance with practice policy.
To register new clients or animals on the computer and record all relevant details.
To answer telephone enquiries and re-direct those of a technical nature to an appropriate member of staff.
To file consent forms, laboratory reports and other practice paperwork as necessary.
To ensure that the waiting room is clean, tidy and welcoming to clients at all times.
To process payments (in person and over the phone) and record them on the client account and in the cash book.
To cash up and do an 'end of day' analysis at the end of surgery, ensuring that all accounts balance. Any discrepancies must be explained at the earliest opportunity to the Accounts Manager.
To promote a good image of the practice by maintaining a good standard of work, personal appearance and communication with members of the public and colleagues
