Join Our Team as a Receptionist at Axe Valley Veterinary Practice!

Axe Valley Veterinary Practice Limited is excited to welcome a veterinary receptionist to help keep our busy clinic running smoothly.
While the majority of your time will be based at our bustling Weston-super-Mare branch, you'll have the opportunity to support all our surgeries as needed, making every day varied and engaging.
In this role, you'll be a vital support to our veterinary team during peak times, ensuring our clients and their beloved pets receive the highest standard of care. We're looking for someone confident, professional, and warm, with a friendly approach and a positive "can-do" attitude.

This is a varied position which will include cleaning, ordering of stock, handling of animals and a small amount of lone working.

A bit about you



This will be a fast-paced role so we are looking for someone who can multitask, is a team player and can maintain their sense of humour at busy times. Previous experience working in a veterinary receptionist environment would be advantageous, but not essential. Proficient IT skills are a requirement.

Your Working Hours

The successful applicant will be required to work approx. 40 hours a week between 8 am - 7 pm Monday-Friday. Flexibility will be essential to cover staff holiday and sickness where needed.
