A passion for people and pets is an absolute must for this position.
We are a vet practice who believe that providing an outstanding client experience is just as important as providing outstanding pet healthcare. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and generally all round good eggs to join our lovely team.
The role will be predominantly face to face and dealing with the phone, interacting with people and their pets. We won't have you stuck behind a desk, you will be able to move around our superb waiting pods and have a cuddle with the pets, which we think is a much better way to spend the day!
There will also be administrative duties, and being a veterinary practice, no two days are the same!
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with a mix of shifts ranging from 8:30am-7pm and one in three Saturday mornings 8:30am-1pm.
Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
